8 Simple Ways To Use Homemade Hair Mask

Aloe Vera is famous for its medicinal benefits, and it can help you get rid of a dry scalp too. Mix aloe vera gel with 1 tbsp of turmeric and a few drops of rosemary oil, and apply the mixture over your hair. You can also add a few drops of tea tree oil for better results.

4. Mayonnaise Hair Mask

You only need one ingredient for this hair mask, i.e., one cup of fresh mayonnaise. Mayonnaise hair mask works wonders for treating dry hair and restores moisture for an extended period. Apply the hair mask from the scalp to the ends of each strand and rinse after 20 minutes.

5. Oat Hair Mask

While talking about homemade hair masks, we can never leave out the oat mask. Prepare a good mixture by blending 1/8 cup of milk, a tbsp of almond oil, and ¼ cup oats in an electric blender. Oats hair masks get rid of greasy textures, which result due to the mixing of dirt and sweat.

6. Avocado Hair Mask

We all love avocados, and so does our hair! Prepare your simple hair mask using this superfood by mashing together one whole avocado, 1 cup yogurt, and 2 tbsp olive oil. Make sure that there are no lumps in the mixture and apply the mask thoroughly over your scalp and hair. Rinse off after 30 minutes and click a selfie!

7. Honey Coffee Hair Mask

To make a honey coffee hair mask, you will need 1 tbsp of coffee powder, honey, and olive oil. Mix the three ingredients till you get a thick homogeneous looking mixture. 8. Yogurt Mask

To combine 1 egg yolk, 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and one tablespoon of honey. To apply on your hair and let sit for 30 minutes. Wash hair mask out with any shampoo and conditioner.
